RESERVATION
Bikes can be reserved by app 30 minuten prior to rental. Herefore a deposit of 2 € will apply which will expire if the bike is rented within 60 min. In case the reservation expires the deposit will be withheld.
RATES
Monthly subscription: 10€/month. Includes 30 minutes per rental (e-bikes and cargobikes excluded) for 31 days and is valid in all German cities (except for Bremen, Usedom, Nuremberg). In all other cities the basic rate applies. The subscription prolonges automatically if not canceled in due course.
Annual subscription: includes 30 minutes per rental of a normal bike (e-bikes and cargobikes excluded) for 365 days and is valid in the KVV.nextbike area. In all other cities the basic rate will apply. The subscription prolonges automatically. KVV subscribers only pay 39€.
You can rent up to four bikes at the same time on one account, however, booked subscription or special conditions usually only apply to the first bike. Additional bikes are charged at the basic rate.

SERVICE FEES
Returning bikes outside the flex zone or official stations as well as on private ground or in parks is not allowed. A service fee of min. 20€ will apply.
